Responsibilities

• Follows and helps maintain, and coordinate a monthly program of events and programs.
• Helps maintain ongoing contacts with community organizations, churches, colleges, universities, cultural organizations, and other useful resources for program development.
• Recruits, plans, and manages volunteer opportunities for the community.
• Works with residents to ensure they are receiving activities each day.
• One-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs.
• Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and the public.
