Job summary

Lifelong is a community health organization delivering groceries and medically tailored meals to clients in Seattle and surrounding areas. The Delivery Driver role supports the Food and Nutrition program, ensuring compassionate, reliable service with attention to safety and route efficiency.

Based in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, this full-time, non-exempt position requires 08:30AM–5PM, Monday–Friday, with onsite presence and a focus on dignity in service to clients facing health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License with an excellent record.
• Preferred: experience with culturally diverse populations.
• Comfortable delivering groceries and meals to clients facing health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Distribute groceries and medically tailored meals to clients in Puget Sound region.
• Operate agency vehicles and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS and adapt to scheduling needs.
• Load, unload and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Repack and prepare bags for distribution in warehouse setting.
