Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Lanier seeks caregivers to help seniors thrive at home through companionship and daily living support. You will form meaningful connections and assist with everyday tasks in a home setting, ensuring seniors remain comfortable and independent.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and respect for seniors as they age in place, with biweekly pay and a friendly, accessible office staff to support you.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of working as a companion or life experience working.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Aides seniors with tasks of daily living at home.
• Pairs seniors with a person who can relate to their challenges and respects them for aging gracefully at home.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

CPR Certification

TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray negative within 12 months
