Job summary

Royal Community Support is seeking a compassionate self-directed employee to assist a kind woman with daily living at home and in the community. You will help with personal care, accompany her to activities, and ensure safety in transportation using her accessible van.

No formal caregiving experience required, but reliability, a respectful manner, and a valid driver's license are needed. Flexible Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday shifts offer meaningful part-time work in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Reliable, caring, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with personal care and mobility support.
• Able to assist with wheelchair transfers.
• Valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving her van).
• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dressing, bathing, and other personal care.
• Meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Going out to the movies, the mall, and other activities.
• Driving her accessible van to outings.
• Helping with safe transfers to and from her wheelchair.
