Job summary

The Institute for Human Services, Inc. seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport clients between designated locations and IHS Service Centers in a safe, courteous manner. You will greet clients, assist with loading, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The role supports IHS’s mission to end homelessness.

Requirements include a valid Hawaii driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least 6 months shuttle driving experience. Hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii Driver's License with clean driving abstract.
• Minimum of 6 months shuttle bus or passenger van driving experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
• Transport clients to designated locations and IHS service centers safely and on time.
• Greet clients/guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with laws and company policy to ensure safety.
• Assist clients with loading/unloading belongings and boarding the vehicle.
