Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA Course.
• Valid PA state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid PA CNA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists with ADL services (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Document vital signs, weight, intake, bowel/bladder.
• Assist with Restorative Nursing duties and follow safety policies.
• Respond to call lights promptly and observe infection control.
• Ambulate, transfer residents, and assist with transfers and daily care.
