Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in long term care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct resident care and assists with activities of daily living.
• Assists with bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility.
• Monitors vital signs and reports changes to the charge nurse.
• Maintains a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents.
• Documents care provided and communicates with the team.
• Promotes residents' participation in activities and restorative care.
