Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide crucial support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meal service, measuring vitals, documenting intake, and promoting dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Massachusetts CNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have no disciplinary actions against certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs according to care plans and facility policies.
• Coordinate dining services, meal tray delivery and feeding assistance.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake and output.
• Report changes in residents' condition to RN or supervisor.
• Monitor skin condition and report issues.
• Provide support to nurses and care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Complete accurate daily documentation.
• Demonstrate flexibility with different assignments.
• Promote resident dignity, respect, safety and comfort.
