Job summary

Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. CNAs will assist residents with activities of daily living and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, dining service coordination, vital signs, documentation, and reporting changes to the nurse.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA certification current and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No disciplinary actions against certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs per care plans and facility policies.
• Coordinate dining services, meal tray delivery and intake documentation.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake and output.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nurse promptly.
• Monitor skin condition and report pressure areas or tears to nurse/supervisor.
• Provide supportive services to nurses and other care team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Complete accurate daily documentation.
• Demonstrate flexibility with varying assignments.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort in all interactions.

Job Summary

Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living and provide essential support to nursing staff while helping ensure high-quality, compassionate, and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and facility policies, including bathing, grooming, oral care, hair care, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring.

• Coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and accurate documentation of intake.

• Deliver nutritional supplements and assist residents as needed while documenting intake accurately.

• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output.

• Promptly report changes in residents' condition to the nurse and supervisor.

• Monitor residents' skin condition and report pressure areas, skin breakdown, or skin tears to the nurse and supervisor.

• Provide supportive services to nurses and other members of the care team as needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Complete accurate daily documentation.

• Demonstrate flexibility when accepting different assignments.

• Promote resident dignity, respect, safety, and comfort in all interactions.
