Qualifications

• CNA requirements include a high school diploma/GED and CPR certification.
• Current TB skin test or Chest X-ray is needed.
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and personal care based on individualized Plan of Care.
• Orient new caregivers to clients’ plan of care.
• Promptly communicate changes in client medical status to Nurse Supervisor.
• Drive/escort client to appointments as requested.
• Confirm weekly schedules with Staffing Coordinator.
