Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team at Orchard Grove Health Campus in Romeo, MI. You will assist residents with daily nursing care and support plans of care, delivering companionship and attentive service to each resident.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
