Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment in clinical settings across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA training completed.
• Current CNA certification.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers to beds and wheelchairs.
• Support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with infection control adherence.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills.
