Empro Staffing seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs provide essential patient support in diverse healthcare settings, helping with daily activities and ensuring comfort. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

Hourly rate is $22/hour with a pay period of Sunday to Saturday and weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday. Prior CNA certification and training are required or preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNA training program.
• Current certification as a CNA.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers to beds and wheelchairs.
• Support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with infection control adherence.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills.
