Qualifications

- Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
- Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
- Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
- Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
- Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
- Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
