Job summary

Millbrae Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care to patients and support daily activities in our skilled nursing facility. The role emphasizes compassionate assistive care, safety, and collaborating with care plans to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

Current California CNA license.
Active BLS certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide routine daily care to assigned patients following their clinical assessments and care plans
Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered
Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Monitor and report on patients’ health conditions promptly

Skills

Current California CNA license
