Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed state-approved CNA program.
• Current IA CNA certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the nursing process under RN/LPN supervision (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Assist with assessment of health status and data collection for care planning.
• Provide basic patient care activities as outlined in the plan of care and as delegated.
• Document care provided in the patient’s medical record and communicate findings to the team.
