Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care in Washington is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for swing shift 2PM-10PM to join our dedicated team. You will support nursing staff and deliver quality patient care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and adherence to care plans. Candidates must be WA-certified CNA with at least 1 year in long-term care or rehabilitation, strong communication, and the ability to assist with ADLs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant credential in Washington state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with patient-centered focus.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and feeding.
• Monitor and report vital signs to nursing staff.
• Assist with ADLs and toileting/incontinence care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
