Oakhurst Health & Rehabilitation in Fork Union, VA is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our long‑term care team. We offer full‑time, part‑time, and PRN shifts with Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend options, plus access to daily pay and a generous sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates.

As a CNA you will provide basic nursing care under supervision, assist residents with daily activities, monitor vitals, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in relevant state.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; physical work is a primary part of the job.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended time.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist residents with daily care (bathing, grooming, hygiene, equipment).
• Keep residents dry; change gown, clothing, linens as needed.
• Handle linens and bed-making per infection control guidelines.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with appointments, activities, and social programs.
