Job summary

Lion Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated care team in Florida. You will interact directly with patients, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and serve as a vital link between patients and nurses.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and state-approved CNA training. The role offers full-time hours, 8-hour shifts including nights and weekends, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,400 and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training course.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including meals, turning, ambulation, and hydration.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene and bathing.
• Provide adjunct patient care such as ice packs and wound care as directed.
• Check vital signs and record information in patient charts.
• Support nurses and staff as needed.
• Work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks safely.
• Maintain composure under pressure in critical situations.
