Stratford Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Monroe, NC is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care and skilled nursing family. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in relevant state.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and positioning.
• Change linens and maintain infection control protocols.
• Assist with bowel and bladder functions.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Perform restorative procedures as instructed.
• Record vital signs as directed.
