Job summary

IEP Corp is seeking caring CNAs and RNAs for all shifts (NOC) in Los Angeles. Full-time roles with competitive wages and a strong benefits package are available.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, help with transfers, and serve meals while ensuring care plans are followed and reported changes are communicated to supervisors. Qualified candidates hold a CA CNA certification; CPR/First Aid is a plus, with at least 1 year of related experience in SNF or acute care.

Qualifications

• Valid California CNA certification.
• CPR and first aid certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals per care plans.
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.
