Allure of Prophetstown is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care and assist with activities of daily living in a warm setting. You will help with meals, hygiene, mobility, and monitoring residents while upholding dignity and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements include current CNA certification, CPR, and English proficiency; long-term care experience is preferred. Shifts vary, with competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers.
• Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers.
• Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations.
