• Document and report observations and care delivered to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure nursing interventions are performed in a timely manner.
• Care for residents in a professional, courteous manner with dignity and privacy.
• Follow facility policies and coordinate with nursing services and other resident care staff.
