Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance and supervision of residents' personal cares as per care plans.
• Prepare meals and serve residents; maintain cleanliness of environment and building.
• Aid with laundry and assist in social activities to engage residents.
• Document changes in residents' condition and communicate with Medication Aide/Director of Healthcare.
• Follow admission procedures and support orientation of new staff as needed.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and adhere to policy and procedures.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards and respond to emergencies calmly.
