Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA licensure preferred.
• One or more years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direct care to residents including bathing, dressing and grooming, transfers and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Ensure health needs are documented and assist with treatments and emergencies.
• Maintain infection control practices and a safe environment.
• Assist with plans of care and participate in staff meetings and training.
