Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care teams in the Duluth area. You will provide direct resident care with dignity and respect, supporting daily living activities and documenting changes in the POC system under supervision.

As a CNA-NAR you will work with a mission-driven team at a non-profit organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, offering opportunities to grow and make a difference in residents’ lives across the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
