Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Duluth-based team. You will provide direct resident care, document changes in the POC system, and work closely with RNs and LPNs to ensure dignity and daily choice for residents.

Requirements include current CNA registration in Minnesota, strong communication skills in English, BLS certification, and the ability to read and write. We offer a robust benefits package and competitive hourly pay in the $22.60–$24.96 range.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
