Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents in memory care. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and personal care in a secure, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, have strong communication skills, and can stand for long periods. Must be 18+, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Clinton, TN location; on-site employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks; help with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Support housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and training opportunities.
