Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents in daily living activities and care within an assisted living setting. The role emphasizes gentle, respectful care and maintaining residents' independence and dignity.

Qualified candidates will be at least 18, able to read/write, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and write.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' needs with respect and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making, and other care duties.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks; help with setup and feeding if necessary.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary.
