Job summary

Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is seeking a CNA/Patient Care Assistant to join our patient care team. You will provide direct, compassionate, hands-on support to patients and assist nurses and other healthcare professionals to maintain comfort and safety on the unit.

Daily duties include taking vital signs, assisting with ADLs, documenting intake/output, collecting specimens, and maintaining patient rooms.

Qualifications

• California CNA license and BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Take vital signs and assist with ADLs and routine treatments.
• Document patient information and report changes to nursing staff.
