Job summary

Glendale Memorial Hospital, part of Dignity Health, is seeking a CNA/PCA to support the patient care team in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will assist nurses, help with ADLs, monitor patients, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

You will perform vital signs, manage documentation, transport patients and equipment, and report changes promptly while adhering to infection control protocols. Requires CA CNA license and BLS certification; HS diploma or GED expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CA CNA license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision; monitor vital signs and assist with ADLs.
• Document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain patient rooms and transport patients and equipment.
• Ensure safety and infection control practices.
• Assist in admission, transfer, discharge processes and protect patient valuables.
