Qualifications

• Active NC CNA license or PCA work experience.
• Current TB test and CPR certification.
• Completion of state-mandated training requirements.
• Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion and personal care in clients' homes.
• Follow client's plan of care and document care and attendance.
• Communicate changes to the Director of Nursing promptly.
• Maintain safe environment per agency policies.
• Respond to emergencies professionally.
• Use caregiving equipment safely, including Hoyer lifts.
• Attend shifts reliably and submit availability in advance.
• Assist with client transportation as needed.
