Qualifications

• CNA or PCA certification preferred or in progress.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health needs.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, ambulation, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Follow the client's plan of care and communicate changes to the care team.
