Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with personal care home operations and home & community care experience is advantageous
• First aid and CPR knowledge is required
• Ability to perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe resident environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to the client
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Assist with monitoring medications as required
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean living environment
• Document client care activities using EVV systems accurately
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care plans and needs
• Contribute to development of individualized care plans
• Drive clients to appointments or community activities as needed
