NABI Home Healthcare, Inc. in Hampton, VA seeks a compassionate Personal Care Assistant/ Nurse Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide to deliver high-quality in-home care, support ADLs, and help residents maintain independence in a safe, respectful environment.

You will document care using EVV, coordinate with families, and participate in care plan development while working with a dedicated team offering flexible hours, competitive wages, bi-weekly pay, and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with personal care home operations and home & community care experience is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations.
• First aid & CPR knowledge is required.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized care to the client.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Assist with monitoring medications as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean living environment.
• Document client care activities using EVV systems accurately.
• Communication between residents, and families regarding care plans and clients needs.
• Contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• Drive clients to appointments or community activities as needed.
