• Conduct passive and active range of motion exercises when needed.
• Operate mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers, lifts, beds) and assist in their use.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Observe and document client status during visits and report concerns.
• Document care provided and any problems noted.
