Job summary

Cuba Manor in Cuba, Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides compassionate daily living support, including meals, hygiene, and mobility assistance to residents, while following care plans and reporting changes to the supervising nurse.

Qualified CNAs must hold a current CNA certification and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with the stamina to support residents throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Ability to follow care plans and report health changes.
• Physical stamina for resident assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals and mobility.
• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake and maintain records.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bed making, and safe transport.
• Transport residents within the facility and support staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality.
