Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports the plan of care as delegated by staff nurse within scope of skills verification.
• Maintains a clean and safe patient care environment.
• Provides care based on patient age and safety criteria and communicates needs to patients and staff.
• Completes documentation of patient tasks and adapts care as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
