Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must possess a CNA certificate.
• Must be licensed CNA in accordance with Ohio laws.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Must be able to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and outside agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and document care for residents with limited independence under supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and maintain accurate records.
