Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking a certified nursing assistant to support direct patient care within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act framework. You will perform assigned duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring quality patient interactions and safety.

The role requires a valid CNA certification in Nevada and current BLS. This position contributes to a team-focused environment at Valley Hospital Medical Center, part of UHS

Qualifications

• Completion of education/experience necessary to obtain CNA Certification from Nevada State Board of Nursing.
• Current CNA license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing patient care/service activities/procedures as outlined by the state board of nursing and within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act.
