York Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time shifts in a 80-bed facility. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed staff direction, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe and comfortable resident environment.

Applicants must hold a VA CNA license and BLS/CPR certification. The role offers hourly pay with shift differentials and incentives, plus daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience and commitment to resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
