Qualifications

• Florida CNA license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of home care or healthcare experience.
• Current CEUs as required by Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care promoting independence and safety.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation with proper equipment.
• Assist with medications as permitted by agency policy.
• Document care accurately and report changes.
• Follow care plans and participate in training.
