Job summary

Steel Health & Rehab Center in Defiance, OH is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide direct care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents emotionally, assist with daily activities, and follow care plans under supervision.

New wage structure includes on-demand pay or weekly pay options, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Full-time shifts run 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; benefits, PTO, and education programs are available.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program. We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting. Perform direct care to residents as assigned and per care plan under Supervisor.
