Job summary

The Phoenix at Lake Joy in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to provide quality care for a consistent group of residents in assisted living and memory care areas. You will follow personalized service plans and deliver hands-on support in a safe home-like setting.

Responsibilities include ADLs, hydration, meal oversight, activity coordination, and responsive calls. Prior experience with elders preferred; weekend and evening flexibility is required to meet peak service needs.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• CNA licensure or certification.
• Experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Personalized Service Plans with families.
• Maintain hydration schedules for residents during shifts.
• Record meal attendance and provide room service when needed.
• Uphold resident rights and safety procedures.
• Initiate and assist with activities for residents as appropriate.
• Check resident rooms for cleanliness, clothing and condition.
• Ensure sanitary procedures and universal precautions are followed.
• Monitor high risk rooms and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Complete ADLs according to PSP for each resident.
• Respond promptly to security calls and resident alarms.
