Job summary

Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville, WI is seeking a Clinical Certified Nursing Assistant for the Second Shift. You will provide hands-on patient care, document activities, and support a fast-paced clinical team.

The role requires completion of a CNA program, a current CNA certificate, and CPR/BLS within 90 days. Eligible candidates will work 32 hours weekly with opportunities for growth and education.

Qualifications

• Completion of a CNA program.
• Current CNA certificate in applicable state.
• Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as assigned per routine and policies.
• Respond to call lights promptly and document care.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient areas and supplies.
• Floats to units based on patient care needs and participates in quality initiatives.
• Train or precept new partners with unit educator.
