Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the unit-based patient care team. Under RN/LPN supervision, you will perform direct and indirect patient care duties, including ADLs, vital signs, glucometry, EKGs, weights, and intake/output.

You will also transport supplies, help restock, and respond promptly to patients and family needs while complying with Joint Commission, CDC, OSHA standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High School graduate (or equivalent) with CNA certification.
• BLS certification required; CNA.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including ADLs, vital signs, glucometry, EKGs, and I&O.
• Assist with indirect care such as transport and restocking.
• Respond to patient and family needs promptly and support unit efficiency.
• Follow hospital policies and OSHA/Joint Commission guidelines.
