Florala Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on daily care in a warm, supportive setting. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, and record vital signs while building trusting relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Alabama
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
• Record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care
