Job summary

Florala Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about helping others in a warm, supportive environment. You will provide essential daily care and work closely with licensed nurses to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and document observations while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. A caring, patient, and dependable attitude is required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in state of employment (required).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care.
