Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make care rounds and report pertinent information, take vitals as directed.
• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, mouth care) per plan of care.
• Assist with positioning, mobility, and safety; ensure clean environment.
• Report issues to the charge nurse or supervisor and document appropriately.
• Assist with washing resident clothes and transporting items as needed.
• Support with housekeeping tasks and supplies management as required.
