Qualifications

• Nurse Aide credential obtained prior to hire date.

• BLS Provider preferred.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist RNs and LPNs with clinical procedures while maintaining clean, sanitary patient rooms.
• Monitor residents' physical, mental, or emotional status and address safety hazards or emergencies.
